Thanksgiving Cupcakes (October 2010)

Yellow cake cupcakes filled and iced with buttercream, with Wilton's sugar pumpkin decorations.

Lesson learned:

• Overestimate the amount of icing you need, or you'll end up with "naked" cupcakes.
